Thank you for visiting my blog!
My hope is that through this writing, I have an avenue to share with my friends, my community and the world at large, my passion for a just, humane and progressive world where every view is welcome at the table. The views expressed here are entirely my own and do not represent any organization for which I work or with which I am associated.
Adam Dyer is building a ministry around his passion for the physical body as a theological expression of faith. Whether it is fitness, race and ethnicity, ability, sex, sexuality, size, gender identity or how we are part of the living planet, Adam believes that the practice of faith must include the tool that we were given to to experience this life on earth: the human body.
Adam is currently a student at the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, CA. Previously, he attended the Starr King School for the Ministry where he taught a semester long course “In Your Hands: Spirituality, Language and Ethics of Touch” as part of the Hilda Mason Fellowship. He also previously served on the adjunct faculty at the University of Florida School of Theater and Dance. His first book of poetry “Love Beyond God” was recently published by Skinner House Books and you can learn about it HERE.
